On the Day of Judgment, your final four words will be, "Jesus Christ is Lord." Philippians 2:10-11 says, "so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." But did you also know that when you die and face God on Judgment Day, that the verdict is either Heaven or Hell, for all eternity? Once you die, that verdict can never be changed! He is going to judge us based upon his Moral Law, the Ten Commandments. Have you always kept them? Did you know that one lie makes you a liar? Just one lust-filled thought makes you an adulterer. God, however, doesn't want to send you to Hell. Jesus Christ suffered and died on the Cross so that we could escape our punishment of Hell. God loves us so much that He sent His son to take the punishment for our sins. He died on the cross for our sins and then He rose from the grave, defeating death! If you repent (turn away from all the things you know are wrong) and trust in Him, God will forgive your sins and grant you everlasting life.
